An English pub sign
or a British pub sign was originally used to identify ale
houses to the official ale taster. In the early 1300's King
Richard II passed an Act that required all ale houses to post
signs on their establishments. These eventually became
known as pub signs and the tradition remained. We offer
a variety of English wooden pub signs and nautical pub signs. The here are hand carved by extremely skilled Mayan Indians.
